Gaminvest presents this farm, mill complex, bakery and pellet factory in Calarasi County, Romania.
The property is made up of a 1750-hectare farm, pellet factory, breadcrumb production line, wheat silos, wheat mill, storage line, flour packaging and a bread factory.

The farm is made up of 1750 ha on lease, a 25,000 sqm office, the whole range of equipment needed to carry out the activity, two warehouses. Also on the farm there is a fully equipped mechanical workshop and lathe workshop. It has all the personnel needed to carry out the work.
At this time, the entire field has been seeded, treated and fertilized. The land is being worked and there is wheat, barley, rapeseed, sunflower, alfalfa and corn.
The buildings are located on a 15,000 sqm plot of land that is entirely paved with floated concrete. The land is surrounded by a chain-link fence.
The production hall for the wheat mill has an area of about 1000 square meters and a height of 8 m.
The production hall for the bread factory has an area of approximately 1700 square meters and a height of 8 m.
Both production areas are equipped with air conditioning systems, heating systems, fire prevention and fire fighting equipment, air compressors, smoke ventes, double insulation, power generator, wastewater treatment plant, video surveillance cameras connected to the internet which can be monitored from anywhere.
The wheat silos have a capacity of 300 tons. In addition, there is a sampling laboratory equipped with the necessary equipment and a truck scale. The silos were manufactured in Italy and were commissioned in 2014.
The wheat mill has a capacity of about 40 tons of wheat in 24 hours and is able to produce all types of wheat flour and can be easily adapted for durum wheat grinding.
The bread factory is supplied with flour directly from the mill using a pneumatic conveyor system.
The portofolio for the complex also includes a breadcrumb production line for which there is an ongoing contract to provide 100 tons per month for large companies such as Kaufland, Lidl, Metro, etc.
The pellet factory, commissioned in 2013, provides pellets for baking bread, heating the halls and providing hot water.
The businesses are very liquid, with very quick payouts, often on delivery.
