A comfortable sofa-bed in that area would accommodate 2 children. The main room has a queen size bed with a desk and an iron stove for heat. It has a walking closet and a full bathroom. There is a second room upstairs with a sofa-bed that can accommodate 2 adults. It has a medium size closet and a desk. There is also a good size storage for wood and tools, another storage for the garden tools and cooking utensils, and another storage outside for 2 gas tanks. Casita has a good size area with roof cover for cooking out. Casita has high speed Internet connection, cable and TV connections. It also has an excellent alarm system including an outside security system. There is also what is called ‘bio digester’, which is a tank that will convert sewerage waters into irrigation water. All the utilities and Internet are included in the price. If you choose to bring a pet, it will be an additional $15 per month. The owner next door is an English speaking hospitable Ecuadorean lady.
