The house itself, surrounded by hectares of land with both shaded and sunny niches has many secluded corners where one can while away a peaceful afternoon undisturbed. Adjacent woods allow for gentle walks in a cooler, fresher environment and the surrounding landscape is ideal for cycling.

Or come dusk , look out west to see the sun setting amongst the trees ? At nightfall the neighbouring village of Rigomagno stands out with its encircling necklace of lights, and all these views can be enjoyed not only from the house itself, but even more intimately from its surrounding terraces.

Ten minutes from the Rome / Milan motorway , five minutes from Sinalunga , half an hour from historic Montepulciano (as in Vino Nobile), Montalcino (as in Brunello) , and Cortona ("Under the Tuscan Sun") ; and forty minutes from the provincial capitals of Siena (of "Palio" fame) and Arezzo (where the Oscar winning movie "Life is Beautiful" was filmed)....Not to mention Pienza , Perugia , Citta' del Pieve and so many more.

As soon as we saw Casale Farnetella we fell in love with the property....It has a positive vibrant atmosphere , and we just knew we would be happy there . And so it has been. We have had the privilege of calling it ours for more than twenty years and shall be sorry to part with it , but it is now time to pass the torch to new owners who will create their own magic.

We will supply you with all paperwork pertaining to a property when you view it.
We will also calculate all costs relative to the purchase (notary fees, purchase taxes etc…), future council taxes and overheads and, in advance of any commitment to a purchase, complete estimates for any works you might wish to do.
POST-PURCHASE SERVICES
We offer, together with our partners, a full range of post-acquisition services: General caretaking & maintenance; organisation of projects & permissions, renovations & small building works and a rental management service for people wishing to rent out their properties.
