The rustico style of the Casale, will let you feel involved in a warm environment and you’ll feel “at home” in each corner of your new Villa. The first outbuilding has been thought as a structure, where you can receive your guests, allowing them to have their own privacy during their stay with you. The second annex is organized as a great space to celebrate anniversaries or birthdays with your friends and family.
The total surface of the main building is about 300 square meters, plus a 90 square meters mezzanine. Besides, the first dependance has a surface of 60 square meters, while the second one is about 45 square meters. All the buildings are surrounded by a 3.900 square meters garden, where you can enjoy some cool breeze during the hottest Italian nights.
Living in the countryside of Senigallia means discovering total different landscapes, just a few kilometers from the city and the sea, as the beautiful hills and the high peaks where you can ski during winter. You’ll never get tired of travelling around the area of Senigallia, which is rich of typical medieval villages like Arcevia, Corinaldo, Ostra, Mondavio and many more. Obviously, you can also just relax in the “Velvet Beach” of Senigallia and have a cocktail in one of the numerous bars and lounges along the beach, after a day spent swimming and sunbathing.
In Senigallia, all the main infrastructures are at your fingertips and you’ll be easily connected to the rest of the world: the marina is just 7 Km away and it’s perfect if you wish to buy a boat of your own to sail the Adriatic Sea!
