The apartment cleaning is not including to the quoted price. The usual method of payment is: 50% to confirm the room and the rest in cash on arrival. Deposit is 300€ (return on departure)+copy of credit card. Final cleaning is 40€, Animals 50€ / month Electricity from 90 euros per month is charged separately. We also offering optional transport from/to the airport for the price of 80€ round-trip.
