The entrance is through the garden which has a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a Thai sala. It is very private with high walls on three sides.
The modern interior has lots of natural light with full length windows on both sides of the living room which open onto the sun terrace. These overlook the resort gardens and lake.
The kitchen is at one end of the living room. It has a breakfast bar, white counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

The guest bedroom is fairly small but large enough for a double or twin beds. It has a bathroom with a shower.
A small maids' room is also included but I have no idea why, as it's a resort so there are cleaning staff on site. Some owners have converted this to another bedroom but it is very small.
The property is located in a hotel resort and you will have full use of its facilities including; restaurants, a spa, a fitness centre, communal swimming pools and a water park.
The beach is only a 2 minute walk away.
The villa is being sold fully furnished.
Payment Terms are 5% deposit, with the balance due on transfer of ownership.
