A pure-white marble stair leads to the second floor, where there is an open space used as a study room with fantastic sea view, the main bathroom and the master bedroom.
This open space can be easly turned into a second bedroom and it has a second fireplace and aircondition. There are built-in wooden cupboards both in the study room and in the bedroom.
This second floor has another terrace, covered by a pergola, with an external stone stair leading to the upper roof. A good roof isolation and floor covering with tiles have been provided.
From here you may enjoy a breathtaking view over the sea, over the island of Paros and over all the landscape around, including the old town.
Very romantic is having a drink here at the sunset!
Each maisonette has its own private parking place in the front of the house.
This house has electrical heating system in all rooms, new double-glasses windows and doors, solid wooden shutters and a storage place for garden tools.
The garden has an automatic watering system.
