As soon as you enter the hallway of this large apartment you start to appreciate it's quality and space. From the hallway is a spiral staircase which leads to the upper floor. The large lounge leads off the hallway too with its balcony and views out to Lagos. The very well though out kitchen with its quality granite worktops and breakfast bar also has a small balcony with BBQ area.
There are three large double bedrooms, two of which have luxury en-suite bathrooms. There is also a guest shower room and WC. All of the three bedrooms have access to balconies. One of the three bedrooms is used by the current owners as a dining room. The largest of the apartment's balconies accessed from the lounge is suitable to seat twelve people for summer entertaining well into the evenings.
We go back now to the hallway and the spiral staircase. This leads to the upper floor. On this floor the current owners have used of the space to make a small artist studio, complete with a bathroom and store room.
This could be changed to be used as a further en-suite bedroom or gymnasium as you also have access to the private roof terrace where the rooftop hot tub is located.
On this level, with its own independent access, is a large room currently fitted out as a studio apartment complete with quality kitchen, lounge / sleeping area and bathroom. This is a very useful facility for when visitors come to stay to enjoy the lifestyle that Lagos and its surrounding area has to offer.
The whole of the main apartment has central heating and air conditioning plus pre-installation for central sound system and central vacuum. In the basement of the block is a secure garage with two parking spaces accessed by remote control.
Within a short walk is Lagos town with its restaurants, cafes and night life. A few minutes away and you can be on a golf course, on a secluded beach or in one of the countryside villages enjoying the sun and hospitality of the local people.
Faro airport is less than an hour away and the fabulous unspoiled west coast beaches are less than thirty minutes drive.
