CASA LAVATOIO BY THE SEA is located in one of the most beautiful streets of the historic town of Cefalù, just 40 meters from the sea and the sandy beach. And it is situated in a very central location in the middle of a residential area and despite its centrality is located in a very quiet environment, in fact both bedrooms overlook the sea as well as the dining room, giving our guests the experience of being on board of a ship! There is a possibility to park the car near his home on the street or in a private parking just 7 minutes walk from your apartment for a good price. The house has been renovated and is located in a historic building, which belonged to one of the noble families of the city. and directly on the sea and the medieval wash-house, one of the most important historical monuments of the city. The house, of about 55sqm is located on the first floor of this building and inside there are 2 spacious and bright bedrooms each furnished with taste and elegance and very comfortable, with balconies overlooking the sea and the beach of Cefalù, a bathroom with shower and window on the Medieval Wash and a dining room with a kitchen-corner in a rustic style with wooden roof beams and ancient cupboard, national TV, cooker with 4-stoves and a gas oven,a fridge and a washing machine, a sofa, a table and chairs, and finally a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset set in a peaceful and quiet environment only listening to the voice of seagulls that are flying on the beach under your balcony. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, an Italian coffee machine, cutlery and everything you need to cook. Upstairs, a toilet and two small single rooms. The bedrooms are furnished in a modern style with a large wardrobe and two bedside tables. The house currently has no system of air conditioning and heating, which in the winter months is guaranteed with gas stoves. This apartment is therefore ideal for 2-4 people, and for its beautiful view of the sea and its short distance from the beach and the shops and restaurants and the city center, it is one of the houses most requested by guests for their beautiful holiday in Sicily and Cefalù. Here you will find a friendly and charming atmosphere, and a great sense of hospitality from your Italian neighbors and from all the people who live here. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Cefalù, near famous monuments and, of course, close to the sandy beach and the sea. The distance of the house from the beach is only 40 meters. It is also situated in a quiet area and from the balconies of the house you can only hear the sound of the waves of the Mediterranean Sea and the seagulls. It 'also very close to our Italian language school: Mediterranea-Sicilia and the rest of our accommodation. Outside the apartment you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Internet Point, bar, cinema, beaches, wineries, grocers and fishmongers. The apartment is also fit for those who are traveling without a car and like having everything they need at their fingertips!
