As you may know there are many fantastic incentives on Dunas and Tortuga Beach Resort in Cape Verde at the moment. I thought I would take this opportunity to outline some of the current incentives on offer and make you aware that lots are due to end this month!
Tortuga Beach Resort - Build complete - Resort opens May 2011

Dunas Beach Resort - Build complete December 2012
Dunas Beach Resort is selling quickly and the current incentive of a better exchange rate is proving very popular with investors.
There are 3 payment options available for purchasers on Dunas Beach Resort:
35% deposit @ €1.35 - £1 with the remaining 65% payable by mortgage on completion at spot rate.
45% deposit @ €1.35 - £1 with the remaining 55% payable by mortgage on completion at spot rate.
Full 85% cash purchase with 15% written off as a discount. (45% is calculated at the better exchange rate of €1.35 - £1 and 40% will be at the spot rate)
The enhanced exchange rate is only available until the end of February at which point it will be dropping to €1.25 - £1 so there is a potential saving of £4,000 to be made by reserving in February.
Dunas Boulevard apartments
The Resort Group have recently released a limited number of apartments located in one of the best areas on the resort.
The boulevard apartments will be located on the first floor of the palm tree lined boulevard so will be the closest apartments to the sea. We are told that owners of boulevard apartments will also be given VIP access to parts of the resort by Sol Melia.
Boulevard apartments are available from €145,950 and are available on all three purchasing options.
Dunas villas
The villas on Dunas Beach Resort are due for build completion in around July/August this year and The Resort Group are offering purchasers a 5% guaranteed return for 2 years until full build completion, offering investors a return right through the construction progress and use of their villa at the same time.
Villas also benefit from an even better exchange rate of €1.4 - £1 at present so they represent a fantastic deal.
