Considered the most beautiful and charming house in the surroundings, the Villa is placed in Magione, an evocative town which takes its name from the Castle of the Knights of Malta (which used to be called “magione”) and the entrance to the Villa is right in front of the X Century Castle. In a strategic area between regions Tuscany and Umbria, it’s a perfect location to enjoy a day off on the green hills of the Italian countryside or a romantic walk along the coast of Lake Trasimeno. During summer, it is possible to breathe the magic of music during the Trasimeno Music Festival, which takes place here.
The villa is currently used to offer accomodation to guests, who come from all over the world and especially from the US, Australia, Germany and Europe in general to enjoy the amazing landscapes of the Italian hills.
As a B&B it is possible to rent rooms or the whole Villa with its 9 rooms: 2 single rooms, 2 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and an apartment, that you can rent as a quadruple room. Your guests will be guaranteed complete privacy: all rooms are ensuite with shower and 4 of them are equipped with a bathtub. All rooms are equipped with TV, telephone and air conditioned.
The building has been reviewed on the Michelin Guide since 2001.

Ground Floor: Double entrance, hall, library, study room, ensuite double room, shared bathroom, large kitchen, pantry, dining room and lounge bar. Porch in terracotta tiles along the whole facade of the Villa.
First Floor: Junior Suite, 3 double rooms (14 sq. m. min.), 2 single rooms. All the rooms are ensuite, some with a balcony.
Outside: 1 apartment with separate entrance, consisting in 1 double room, living room,cooking corner, bathroom with shower. Swimming pool, Garage, pool storage.

Roofed car shelter – Gym / Entertainment room – Shed BBQ area – Serra
Second entrance from Del Maniero Street, with wide parking, secular olive trees (they can give 450 Kg olives per year) and timber trees.
