Job Position: Logistics & Admin Assistant
Job Objectives: The role is to provide support in achieving ULI-SLM’s logistics responsibilities in order to achieve OTIF delivery of countries’ requirements supported by complete documentations for customs release. The role also covers administrative tasks for the department. JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties: - Download delivery orders and request for Cert. of Analysis (lot per item, per shipment, per country) - Generate Pfma Invoice for export formalities per delivery order. - Prepare Shipment Data Sheet (per shipment, per importer) - Admin transactions

- Minimum Requirements
Skills and Competencies: - Has basic logistics background
- Knowledge in system applications (SAP, 1SS, Ariba) - Communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge in MS Office software
Education: - College graduate
Experience: - At least 1 year experience in export operations
