Two Lagoons Resort is located in the heart of the village of Progresso lies one of the most beautiful tropical 10-acre Belizean Estate for sale. Next to it, Progresso Heights is known to be a well-gated community with beautiful parcels available with affordable prices. It has highly compressed floor boards and 7-type hardwood walls. There are two air conditioners downstairs and one a/c in the master bedroom which has closets on both corners in the same room. Hurricane straps are on every rafter and it is believed to exceed Miami Dade County hurricane standards. The basement has rubber membranes surrounding the foundation, likewise, a verandah embraces almost all around the entire house that leads to a beautiful tropical scene of what lies just outside the hardwood doors of the house which opens up to a miraculous view to the lagoon and flowered trees.
In addition, Two Lagoons Resort has access available for both rain & village water. On site is an ideally dredged private marina that has its own boat slip, a total of 5 wells are scattered around on the property for access to groundwater. The property has an 18-hole miniature golf course and a 300-yard driving range. There is a 3200 square feet storage space which is about 30 steps away from the main house, along with 2 cabins (one finished and one partially finished). There is also a duplex - all four are either made of concrete or stone and are studio-sized, that can be used perfectly when family members and friends come to visit. A cemented pizza station exist next to the partially finished swimming pool and there is an outdoor grill and fire-heart located next to the main building that can all be used for making the most delicious pizzas, Belizean rice and beans and grilling the fresh catch-of-the-day considering that you live close to the lagoon which leads to the sea.
