The home holidays Rome Appia, ia an apartment located in one of the most central and shopping districts: Appio - San Giovanni in Laterano, just steps from the famous Basilica.
Our area is considered one of the safest and peaceful of the city.
The line "A" of the metro, is only 200 mt. away.
At only 50 mt. from home, stops the bus "85", passing through all the major attractions of Rome such as the Basilic of St. John in Lateran, the Colosseum, Imperial forum, Spanish steps, Trevi's fountain, etc.
You can visit Rome with only these two public transport!
The area is full of shops, 4 supermarkets (one just below house), bar, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream, pharmacy, bank.
Parking is free in the street without fee.
Should you need to park your car in the garage, one is located next to the front door.

APARTMENT
The apartment, about 85 m², complete with furniture and appliances, has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a bed sofà.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven and fridge-freezer.

The balcony, corner, offers a special brightness.

MONUMENTS
If you take the bus 85 in 5 minutes you reach the church of San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, two of the Jubilee Churches of Rome. By subway you can reach the Vatican and the Colosseum and Termini train station is easily accessible by bus or metro in 10 minutes.
