Ad Details:

We are looking for agents with experience doing Hotel Reservations and Sales.

Contractor requirements:

1. Is available from 9am - 6pm and to 2pm - 11pm EDT, Monday to Friday, Weekends by Rotations.
2. Has a solid command of the English language.
3. Internet connection of 2Mb or more. It cannot be wireless nor through a datacard. Latency maximum 100ms. Test these requirements at speedtest. net
4. Windows environment: We do require for you to have a computer that runs on windows (operating system must be original).
5. Headset: can be simple but it must connect to your computer via USB.

How to apply,
With a cover letter that includes the following:

1. The language level that you have (should be 90% or above)
2. Your Hotel Reservation Experience and sales experience
3. Your schedule availability

About the company: We are a customer service call center with headquarters in California, US and San Jose, Costa Rica, operating independently since 2007 and successfully contracted remotely for over 10 years.
