Pondok Pitaya Surfer Hotel is a 12 room all wood beachfront resort located on a dream beach 2 hours west of Kuta called Balian River, in Bali. This unique teak wood hotel and restaurant are now for sale. There are 30 years left on the lease.
Opening it's doors in 2009, Pondok Pitaya occupies a total of 91 ara or 2.2 acres of unbelievable tropical riverside paradise boasting 500 feet of beachfront and just steps to the surf.
One of the main selling features of this hotel deal is the 85 room permit "MELATI DUA" which is increasingly difficult to obtain on the Island of the Gods.
