We dont have sufficient superlatives to describe this very unique and exclusive villa. It is part of a very up-market development within the Sierra Nevada National Park and very close to Granada city centre. Built in the 1980's, it is of anti-seismic construction. From the rear street access you drive up to the double garage with electronic up-and-over door and security cameras. Above the garage is a huge room with Venetian style louvred doors and windows. This room accommodates the pool pump but you could easily create a separate self-contained apartment here.
The entire garden has been terraced, is full of mature coniferous trees, wild herbs and alpine plants and has a water irrigation system.
