A spectacular winery immersed in the green heart of Tuscany, created on a hill overlooking the surrounding countryside, amidst 90 hectares in total with vinyards, olive groves and sunflower fields, woods and arable land. In the most absolute privacy we find this estate which is among the most valuable, its history smells of wisdom and culture, of love for tradition and wholesomeness . This estate in Montepulciano was founded as a winery and is surrounded by 35 hectares of fertile land, worked for the production of historical wines (19 hectares of arable land with irrigation, 20 hectares of vineyard destined for 'IGT Toscano', 14 hectares of 'Nobile' vineyards and 2 hectares of land destined for 'Vigneto Rosso di Montepulciano') Its total production capacity is 350,000 liters per year, which are now exported worldwide. On the second floor there is a lovely hallway that leads to the rooms of the main house and joins to the ancient tower, where we find a delightful studio with 360 ° views of the superlative countryside. In the basement there are large spaces for hobby rooms, cellars and a staff area. In the 6 hectares of garden surrounding the villa there is also a lovely guesthouse (135 sq.m) and an annex (to renovate) of 578 sq.m.
