The whole ranch was built for breeding and horse training. Without big problems, it is possible to have here too other animals (cattle, sheep, ostriches ...). ! Of course, it is possible to use the site for any other activities, it is not necessary to continue in animal husbandry. ! However, if the buyer is interested, it is possible to negotiate sale of all horse breeding, sale technology to ensure horse breeding operation (but it is not necessary at all, it's a supply if anyone wanted to do this activity).
