There is a feature bar and lounge area.
The main kitchen is behind the bar area, and fully equipped for opening a restaurant.
In the basement you can find the laundry area and the heating system, plus other storage rooms.
In the basement one will find a one bedroom apartment which is an additional source of income when let out.
There is a separate owner-accommodation at the rear of the property. It consists of one bedroom, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom and it's possible to extend to create more rooms if required.
The guesthouse opened for business in December 2016, so is new on the scene, but in that short period of time it has created a good clientele using various internet platforms. The sale of the Guesthouse/Business is due to personal reasons.
The summer months in Carinthia are very busy and the guesthouse was fully booked for most of the main season period.
All equipment and furnishings are included, so the business is a step in and go.
The area is a winter fairy tale, guarded by the mighty peaks of Grossglockner (3.798m), Austria's highest mountain, to the snow-covered houses of Heiligenblut around the slim tower of the famous gothic pilgrimage church. The ski area opens generally in mid December and continues to around the beginning of April.
The guesthouse is ideal base for more extreme sports such as rock climbing, para gliding, base jumping, white water rafting etc.
