We are looking for expat company to share the office space with us. Our business is consultancy so we have customers who are investors, brokers, government officials, etc.
Our Office is located in Ming Hang District, B H Center, opened in 2011.
It is comparable to Grade A Office. Very International with International Companies with offices in this building. Ming Hang District - it is famous for its Logistics Hub. Our office is only 15 mins drive to HongQiao Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station that was opened in 2011.
The HongQiao Railway Station is one of the four major railway stations in Shanghai, China and with a total area of 1.3 million square meters, it is the LARGEST railway station in Asia.
This is the primarily terminal of High Speed Rail Lines include: Shanghai – Nangjing / Shanghai-Hangzhou / Beijing-Shanghai
The station achieves a zero-distance transfer with the Terminal 2 of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport as well as Line 2 and Line 10 of Shanghai Metro.
So, if you have to travel a lot to Beijing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nangjing, our office is a perfect place for you. You will never be late for your trains and flights.
It is also a hub for long-distant buses.
You ONLY need to WALK 5 mins to Subway Line 9: ZhongChun Station.
The office is approx.1,300 sq.ft. we have a BIG conference room that you can have Seminars as many times as you like.
We used to have to pay RMB 300 per hour and spent just renting a conference room for our seminar a total of RMB 3,000 per month and now it is FREE for you to use when you come and share the Office with us.
We have: Microwave / Fridge / Fax / FREE wifi
Rent is RMB 8,000 per month all inclusive, sharing office with us at a 1,300 sq.ft NEWLY renovated Office. All furniture are BRAND NEW ! that includes 2 desks for you (if you need more desk, email me) and unlimited usage of the seminar room. 7 days a week, 24 hours access. We are not a business center where it can be quite complicated with different types of people coming in and out. We are just 2 expats who are looking for like-minded expats and run our business as cooperative as we can. We may just be able to help each other in our businesses.
