The secluded, 3 story 3 bedroom 271 m2 house is located on a 12.844 m2 piece of land 66 km from the Hungarian capital of Budapest (which is roughly a 40-60 minute drive). The house sits on the top of a hill on the outskirts of the small village of Kóspallag. The lush forests of the Bükk National Park provide serene surroundings for either private owners looking for a permanent or a vacation home, or for those seeking to establish a touristic business at the location. Larger cities, like Nagymaros and Vác are just a few minutes away, while the scenic Danube-Bend and its many trails provide excellent hiking, sight seeing and water sport activities. Hunting and hiking enthusiasts will fall in love with the location, as the property's back door opens directly on to the forest, which houses one of the best hunting grounds in Hungary.
The property consists of two different plots of land: a 7960 m2 plot of land that holds the three story house, and has water, electricity and gas access. This plot also contains a small pine copse on the side of the hill that hides the house from the main road, and a larger grove of mixed trees at the back of the house; finally, there is a 4884 m2 plot that is only accessible through the second plot.

The middle level can be reached via an outside staircase and an inside stairwell. This story holds a large living room; a bathroom with a corner tub; and a dining room with a modern American-style kitchen that has a built-in oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave oven. The well-lit living room has large windows that open to the 80 m2 balcony, but the jewel of the living room is the large stone fireplace that provides a beautiful and economical alternative heating source during the winter months.
A wooden staircase connects the living room to the upper floor, where you can find a bedroom (14 m2); a study (16 m2) both of which have their own balconies; a smaller room (8.5 m2); and a bathroom.
