The operators do not have all required permits, registration and licenses, and authority to sell condominiums nor land. They are not whatsoever properly and legally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Trade and Industry, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, nor did they acquire building permits for the structures and building that they are selling.

As a result of this unlawful acts, the operators are facing 5 criminal cases for swindling and fraud before the courts of Kalibo, Aklan.

Despite of this, Boracay Luxury Homes is continuously operating and advertising under the clout of deceit and treachery to victimize those who wish to settle in Boracay, both locals and foreigners alike.
