All lots are sold. I have a local contact who own two lots and wants to sell. I can arrange a visit and off course assist in getting all legal documents, which can be arranged in two/three days. I have arranged this for my lot in three days.
Near the resort are two small villages, villa sombrero and matanzas. The area is safe and the resort offers around the clock security.
