This wonderful house is situated at the beach Almada in Ubatuba and has a stunning sea view. The beach Almada is situated between Ubatuba, 38 km, and Paraty, 41 km. It is a two storey house with first-class finishes. The whole house is furnished with furniture from Indonesia and India.
There are 3 suites all with Jacuzzi, large kitchen, large living room, large balcony, toilet, garage for boat and wide service area.
There are also 2 independent cottages with sea view for seasonal rentals.
The house has only two years of use and in the boat garage there is a brand new jetski.
Total area is 960 m² of preserved Atlantic forest and constructed area is 200 m².
Ubatuba is situated 230 km from Guarulhos, São Paulo airport and 310 km from Rio de Janeiro. As located between two big cities, there is a huge potential of both Brazilian and international tourism.
Since many years ago Ubatuba is the favourite holiday paradise for the middle- and upper classes from Sao Paulo. The infra-structure is developed and the standard is high, like European.
The tropic of Capricorn crosses Ubatuba that has a very pleasant climate, with an average annual temperature of 25 degrees.
There are 92 beaches with different characters. Ubatuba is the capital of surfing in Brazil, but there are also many beaches with calm water.
Ubatuba is draped with the Atlantic rain forest and 87 % of the forest, with its magnificent flora and fauna, is protected area. There is no malaria as in the Amazon.
Beautiful archipelago with many islands, that you can discover going by schooner trips or speed boat. There is a marina for speed boats and yachts. The most famous Island is Anchieta that is a nature reserve with a rich fauna and flora.
There are many exciting activities in the region. You can go hiking in the jungle to desert beaches and beautiful waterfalls, visit an Indian village, go on boat trips, fishing, paddle cayaqi, go snorkeling, diving and surfing. Guided tours are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Swedish.
The Ubatuba town is a relaxed beach town that is quiet and safe to live in and for tourists.
