The house is fully double glazed and all windows have fly screens, and is being sold fully furnished.
To the rear of the house is a below ground swimming pool, with built in steps and below water lighting. The pool is surrounded by a tiled sun terrace. A beautiful Gazebo offers shade and external dining facilities in the summer and a perfect place to store your logs for the winter.
The rear garden has direct access onto the side road, via double gates.
