1.5+ years'. net development experience. At least 3 years' hands-on SharePoint development experience. 2.Bachelor degree or higher majoring in computer science or related fields
3.Familiar with SharePoint 2007 framework with indepth understanding of SharePoint infrastructure
4.Familiar with the installation, deployment, and use of Microsoft SharePoint and its serial products; Web service
5.Familiar with the Web service of Share Point 2007 and be able to develop Sharepoint based work flow, access to the databases, custom webpart and other functionalities
6.Proficient in C# programming language, SQL Server 2005 database
7.Proficient in using SharePoint Designer to design the webpages of SharePoint
8.Work Flow or InfoPath development experience are preferred; proficiency with Webpart is preferred
