2 balcony (one in the master room) where you can see from your hammock the boats coming in or out and enjoy the best Yucatan sunsets views!. Rent a boat or make an appointment for a trip around and aboard in front home!
You'll also have use of an in-suite washer and dryer in a separate little room. 10 mb Wireless Internet and a telephone line. A second flat screen TV in the living were you can stream international channels.
Lounge in the community: beautiful marina pool with tables and outdoor sun chairs (some maintenance days and hours restrictions apply). This area have public and clean bathrooms, a little store with some soft drinks, beers and snacks or ask "Doña Mary" (the cook lady) for a tasty fresh ceviche or seafood cocktails, she also do a different daily Mexican food so you can purchase any day (we will help you with times, days and ways to order). You can practice your casting or spinning sports techniques at the end of the dock, there are some big and smart striped bass out there!. Or simple relax in the garden in front of the yachts dock with playground furnitures or invite you're friends here for a meeting or a BBQ afternoon (requiered marina permission).
If you finally decide to go around expend 5 minutes drive to the nearest public beach, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and the 24 hours convenient store (OXXO). 10 minutes drive to Progreso downtown where you can shop, eat, relax and watch the cruise ships come and go.
Monthly Cost:
~ 22500 Mx pesos Month (at current rate change $1125 dllrs aprox). this incluid:
- 500 MX pesos CFE bill ( every month).
- Cold/Hot Water and pressure pump maintenance.
