Prefabricated building development programs have been released in 31 China’s provinces so far among which 26 put forward subsidy policies. It is estimated by China Business Network(CBN) that prefabricated buildings of 8 provinces or so will account for 30% of total construction area in corresponding period by the year of 2020, 5 for 20% and the rest for less than 15%.
According to Minsheng Securities, the total scale of prefabricated building is about 1270.5 billion RMB in the next three years. Therefore, it is expected that the scales of 2018 to 2020 are respectively 252.1 billion, 396.1 billion and 622.3 billion yuan, with the proportion of 1.18%, 1.85% and 2.91%. Sinolink Securities also approves that it is high time for the soaring trend of prefabricated building industry. By the same token, the competitive pattern will be established quickly from 2018 to 2020.
