The burner is also the source of hot water. Water comes from a reliable reservoir that is managed and shared by village and there is no water charge. In addition to buying pellets / wood utilities are comprised of electricity charge (negligible as pellets are used for both heating and hot water) and waste collection charge (round 150 EUR per year). This house is very economic to maintain.
- PLOT: roughly 1200 m2 by a road that is seldom used, it is not a main road. You will see fewer than 1 car pass every hour. Being by the road has the advantage of easier access in wintertime when the snow can reach 1 m in height. Despite the roadside location the house has lots of privacy because of the distance to the nearest neighbour (around 200 m) and because behind the house you have plain forest. You are in the middle of a village and in the forest at the same time. You can go for a walk in the forest by crossing your back garden. The plot has some fruit trees and ornamental plants in the front yard. There is a big decking area in the front yard and a small, enclosed one at the back. There is also a garden shed in great condition.
