Job Description:
Have to call prospective customers and generate business constantly.
Qualifying new business leads as a result of cold calling.
Accurately verify the demographic and other details of the lead and to qualify data generated using surrogates and other data points.
Encourage customers with good communication and create interest towards the product passionately.
To prefix quality appointments for the sales team that result in sales.
Maintain leads database in order to procure call and periodically updates appointment records.
Clear explanation to the customers on product offers / benefits
Day to day Customer follow-up and Regular and on-time Feedback - mails/phones
Responsible for making Cold Calls, handling outbound and inbound calls
Should have good communication skills and sound knowledge towards mailing and documentation
Should interact with marketing team on regular interval
Should play a vital role as L1 Support to the customer for Software products
