We are looking for a chef that is comfortable leading a team, can manage a staff, takes pride in the kitchen like it's their own, and can execute great tasting food on a consistent basis.
The chef will work directly with the chef/owner to monitor food costs, labor, and develop weekly menu. The Chef must be a self-starter, communicative, and highly organized.
Job Requirements:
*Proven success as a Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
*Proven ability to develop/manage a team
*Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression
*MINIMUM of two-three years kitchen management experience
*Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse staff
*A strong understanding of Food & Beverage preparation techniques and health department rules and regulations
