The history of this international network of retail stores of fashion and accessories for adults and children began back in 1841 in the Netherlands city of Sneek. His first store came from Germany, the Clemens brothers and Augustus Brennikmeyer named the first letters of their names - C & A. Mark is characterized by practicality, affordability and democratic prices. To date, the number of C & A stores is already thousands, and they are located in dozens of countries (in Europe, North and South America). Headquarters C & A is in Germany, in Dusseldorf, where it was moved in 1950. The company owns such famous brands as Westbury, Yessica, Yessica Pure, Canda, Clockhouse, Your Sixth Sense and some others. Since 2007, C & A has been providing banking services to individuals at C & A Bank GmbH in Germany. The Brennmeyer family still owns C & A, being the richest people in the Netherlands.
Shopping centers are located in the following cities: Berlin; Gelsenkirchen; Hildesheim; Bad Kreuznach; Minden; Ravensburg; Wuppertal; Iserlohn; Freiburg; Hagen. All of them are on pedestrian areas and have a large number of visitors.
The cost of the facility is 100,000,000 euros. Exclusive leases with the C & A Group are concluded until 2028-2033. Net rental is 5.86 euro / sq.m. This rate is rather low and therefore there is potential for its increase in the future. Net rental income for 2016: 5,118,000 euros. Net rental income for 2017: 5,350,000 euros.
